Luau Spa Party

Nia's 14th Luau party turned out great. I'm even thinking about having a Laua party for

myself next summer. Nia informed all her party guess prior to the set party date to bring tank tops and leggins, so they can wear them under there luau customs at the party. The party customs included: green hula skirts, leis and coconut bra tops.

  

 The girls made bubble gum flavor and scented lip gloss and lotion at the party

 The cupcake are purchased from georgetown's famous cupcake shop.

 I put some flower picks in, to give a more luau look.

I created and personalized these water bottle label for the party

 These water bottle label had the birthday girl name and all her friends names on them.

Fruit for diping in the chocolate 

Custom made "Blue" white chocolate.

 I hanged blue, orange and green paper lanterns and umbrellas on the ceiling for decoations,

 Each girl had there own bucket with a mirror, empty tin can and lotion bottle to make lotion and lip gloss.

 I also purchase some assortment of gem for the girls to decorate there bottle and tin cans.

 The girls also had there nails and feet done aswhile.

*****Up Next a Luau Spa Party*****

 November 20^th I’m hosting a Luau Spa party for a fourteen year old girl Named Nia, and Nia’s favorite colors are Blue & Orange, so with these colors in mind I present her with a Luau theme party and she just loved the idea. My goal will be to give the Birthday girl and her friends a tropical oasis.

Quaya's Top Model Party

Quaya's Top Model party turn out awesome, with less then a week time to plan.  Quaya and her friends were pampered like supermodel Hollywood style at her party. The Top Model party agenda consisted of chocolate facials, manicures, pedicures. Diva makeovers, Diva interview and a fashion show.

 The girls relaxed in these chairs during the chocolate facials and pedicures Spa treatment time.

The girls dipped Rice Krispies Treats, fruit, cookies and graham crackers.

 The girls got to sign there name in the hollywood stars and had prints.

 Runway customs provided for the girls included: hats, beads, sunglasses, wigs, belts, boa's and purses.

On October 2^nd Daja and her friends had a Totally Daja good time at her 11^th birthday celebration!

Daja was allowed to pick her theme for the party including the colors.

For party favors the birthday girl and her guest were given a

Spa package, in each package was a pair of flip flops,

charm bracelet kits to make their very own bracelets, an empty bottle to make personalized lotion , I provided a safe lotion base, made with Shea butter, Cocoa butter, and vitamins A & E, by essentialsbycatalina, the lotion made their hands & feet extremely soft during their manicure and pedicure. I also provided labels for each girl to personalize their lotion bottles. The girls were also given feather Boa's & beads, to wear as party favors, included in the package also was Daja’s personalized water bottle, all of the treats were nestled in a really cute bucket. The girls enjoyed picking out their own nail art designs before getting their manicure and pedicure. While relaxing and receiving their pedicure the girls were served fruit dipped in yellow chocolate prepared by fondue4u and Punch served in plastic champagne glasses. The Cake was made by an Awesome Baker named Angie. I would like to thank Daja’s parents for allowing me to provide their daughter with a few of my many Spa and Glam ideas.





Home Improvement - Refurbishing project - Table and chais Set

BEFORE

. ..   I went to a second hand store and found this beat up table

and chairs set for less then $100.00.  Then I went to Home Depot,

my local home improvement store, and brought me some Black

metallic paint and some glossy Finish spray for the table and

chairsframes for less then $20.00. For the chair cushion I

purchased some red snakeskin texture leather like fabric from

my local fabric store for less then $30.00, this project took me

about three days to finish because, I applied two coats of paint

on the chairs and table frame for a more professional look,

allowing each, coat to dry over night, for two days, on the third

day I cleaned the glass top. The suction grips were missing on

the table so,I went out to my local dollar store, and purchased

grips for a dollar. My last and final step, I reupholster the seat

cushion on the chairs with a staple gun. I think this project turn

out nice for less then $150.00.
